We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. This role involves inputting, verifying, and managing data in our systems to ensure accuracy and timely processing of company information.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data into internal databases and systems
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Organize and maintain electronic files and records
Respond to data requests and provide information as needed
Review data for errors and correct any discrepancies
Work closely with other departments to ensure data integrity
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
