Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. As a front-line team member, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and organized checkout experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service

• Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions

• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area

• Assist with price checks, product information, and resolving customer inquiries

• Ensure accurate cash drawer balances at the end of each shift

• Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and safety

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous cashier or retail experience preferred

• Basic math and computer skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
