Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments accurately

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup

• Organize warehouse space and maintain inventory levels

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

• Perform routine inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Forklift certification is a plus

• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
