Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions

  • Present and promote products and services to new and existing customers

  • Assist in lead generation through outreach efforts (email, phone, events)

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals

  • Track sales activity, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate CRM records

  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to improve client satisfaction

  • Participate in product training and development sessions to improve performance

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset and willingness to learn

  • Ability to handle client objections professionally and persistently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
