Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting internal and external communication efforts, ensuring that messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, and reports

• Support the development of communication plans and strategies

• Coordinate with departments to ensure message consistency and timely delivery

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns

• Assist in preparing presentations, briefing materials, and speaking notes

• Maintain documentation and records of communication initiatives

• Uphold brand voice and tone across all communication channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a communications or writing-focused role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Experience with project coordination or communication planning is a plus
