Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales and business development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

• Provide product information and customized solutions based on client needs

• Track and manage leads through our CRM system

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales discussions

• Support the sales team in administrative tasks and project follow-ups

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales environment

• Ability to handle client objections and build rapport

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
