We are looking for a dedicated and professional Client Service Associate to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, prompt resolution of inquiries, and a superior client experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing detailed information about our products and services

  • Coordinate client requests with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery

  • Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation

  • Support client onboarding and follow-up processes

  • Resolve service issues with a professional and client-focused approach

  • Assist in tracking client satisfaction and identifying areas for service improvement

  • Provide administrative support related to client service operations

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client relations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
