Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and in-person meetings to generate sales leads

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics

  • Attend regular training sessions and team meetings

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • A proactive and self-driven attitude

  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • No previous sales experience required – we provide full training
