We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will support our marketing department in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall success of campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events

  • Support the team with market research, competitor analysis, and data collection

  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and promotional materials

  • Maintain and update marketing databases and spreadsheets

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, campaigns, and marketing events

  • Assist in managing internal communications and cross-functional support

  • Monitor campaign performance and gather client and market feedback

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
