We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
Assist in resolving client issues by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently
Monitor and follow up on pending issues to ensure resolution
Provide product and service information to clients
Support administrative tasks related to client service processes
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, administrative assistance, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
