We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction by providing efficient, courteous, and professional support. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist in resolving client issues by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently

  • Monitor and follow up on pending issues to ensure resolution

  • Provide product and service information to clients

  • Support administrative tasks related to client service processes

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, administrative assistance, or related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude
