Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Account Representative to join our team in Madison, WI. This role is essential in managing customer accounts, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through proactive communication and efficient service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customer accounts by providing exceptional service and support

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met

  • Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics

  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field

  • Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service, account management, or a related role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
