We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will oversee and support project operations from initiation to completion, ensuring that deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across departments.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and managing project schedules, tasks, and timelines
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
Communicate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment
Identify project risks and work with managers to develop mitigation strategies
Support documentation and record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in project coordination or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
