Job Description

Reboot Staff is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our logistics and operations team in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and distributing goods. This is a full-time, hands-on position requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials

• Pick and fill orders from stock

• Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently

• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas

• Inspect products for defects and damages

• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Basic math and organizational skills

• Familiarity with inventory software is a plus

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Forklift certification is a plus
