Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Brand Ambassador to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for representing products and services in a professional and enthusiastic manner. This role focuses on live engagement, event representation, and in-person marketing efforts—not on social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at events, retail locations, and community activations

• Engage with potential customers to share product knowledge and key benefits

• Distribute promotional materials and conduct product demonstrations

• Support lead generation and customer acquisition goals

• Maintain detailed records of daily activity and customer interactions

• Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding consumer response and product insights

• Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency in messaging

Qualifications

• Previous experience in brand representation, sales, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
