We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and presentations that align with client needs

  • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline activity, and client interactions

  • Support sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and conferences when necessary

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
