We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. The Events Assistant will support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, workshops, and business functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring each event runs smoothly from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating all logistical aspects of events including venues, vendors, and materials

  • Collaborate with the events team to plan event timelines, budgets, and schedules

  • Support onsite event operations, including setup, registration, and guest services

  • Communicate with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met

  • Manage event documentation and post-event reporting

  • Ensure events adhere to company standards and brand guidelines

  • Perform administrative tasks related to event preparation and follow-up

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as required by event schedules
