Job Description:
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining organized records, and providing professional assistance to both clients and team members. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems

  • Handle office supply inventory and place orders as needed

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements

  • Assist in preparing presentations and client materials

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
