Beloform is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications strategies. This role involves managing communication projects, preparing written content, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication plans for internal and external stakeholders

  • Draft and edit company announcements, press releases, newsletters, and presentations

  • Coordinate communication across departments to ensure consistent messaging

  • Assist with event planning and coordination for meetings, conferences, and corporate events

  • Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of communication activities

  • Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a communications or administrative support role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
