Reboot Staff is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team in New Orleans. This role requires a proactive, customer-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients. You will act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensure a smooth customer experience, and provide administrative support to internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and accuracy

  • Maintain client records and update internal systems with relevant information

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently

  • Resolve service issues and escalate matters when necessary

  • Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback for continuous improvement

  • Assist with reporting and documentation of client service activities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure
