We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Boston, MA. As a representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience in every interaction.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
Document all call information according to company policies
Follow communication scripts and standard procedures
Escalate calls to the appropriate departments when necessary

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
