We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Client Service Associate to join our Boston office. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and supporting them with tailored service solutions. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of contact for client inquiries and requests

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Resolve client issues with professionalism and efficiency

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met

  • Monitor client accounts and ensure timely follow-up

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and engagement

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service
