We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Birmingham, AL. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining daily operations and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems

  • Prepare reports, memos, and documents as needed

  • Assist in coordinating internal communications and team logistics

  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment

  • Support various departments with clerical and organizational tasks

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
