In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and care. Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day client communications via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service agreements
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met
Monitor account activity and assist in identifying opportunities for service improvements
Prepare reports and updates for clients as needed
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
Previous experience in client service or account management is strongly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
