Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and care. Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client communications via phone, email, and in-person meetings

  • Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-ups

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service agreements

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met

  • Monitor account activity and assist in identifying opportunities for service improvements

  • Prepare reports and updates for clients as needed

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred

  • Previous experience in client service or account management is strongly preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
