We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our team in Cincinnati. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for effective communication, organization, and message clarity. The Communications Coordinator will support internal and external communications efforts, ensuring all messaging aligns with our brand and company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies

  • Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, reports, and corporate documents

  • Coordinate with departments to gather information for communication initiatives

  • Maintain and update content calendars and distribution lists

  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to support messaging strategies

  • Support the planning and implementation of events and campaigns

  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and branding across all materials

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems
