Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in executing internal and external communication strategies that align with our brand’s mission and client objectives. This position involves writing, editing, coordinating campaigns, and supporting consistent communication across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, draft, and edit internal and external communications including press releases, newsletters, and executive messaging

• Coordinate communication initiatives across departments to ensure consistent and effective messaging

• Support branding efforts through clear and strategic written materials

• Manage and maintain company communication calendars

• Assist in the planning and execution of events and public relations campaigns

• Monitor communication metrics and prepare reports on effectiveness

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to ensure alignment in messaging and branding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of communication tools or platforms

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
