Job Description

Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project management activities, ensuring timely delivery, resource coordination, and effective communication between departments. Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the execution of projects

• Track project performance, timelines, and deliverables

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports

• Communicate with team members to ensure project alignment and goal achievement

• Support the Project Manager in administrative and logistical tasks

• Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery

• Prepare and present progress updates to stakeholders and management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project)

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
