We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team at Signal Tru. This position plays a key role in supporting internal and external communications, coordinating media activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day communication efforts across departments
Draft and proofread internal communications, press releases, and newsletters
Assist in developing communication strategies and campaign timelines
Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all materials
Monitor and track communication performance and prepare regular reports
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams on messaging needs
Organize and support company events and media relations initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of experience in a communications, marketing, or coordination role
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of design or presentation tools is a plus
