We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our business development and brand promotion efforts. This role bridges marketing strategies and sales initiatives to drive client acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with strong coordination skills and a passion for impactful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals

  • Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to produce promotional materials

  • Support lead generation efforts through targeted outreach and follow-up

  • Maintain and update marketing collateral, presentations, and sales documents

  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and customer needs

  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics

  • Assist the sales team with proposals, client communication, and closing deals

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and client communications

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales support, or coordination roles

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms
