We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves supporting project managers in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution

  • Track project progress and ensure that all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports

  • Organize and attend project meetings, capturing meeting notes and action items

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify project requirements and expectations

  • Monitor and report project risks and issues to management

  • Support quality control throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • PMP certification or coursework (preferred but not required)
