Captura Hall is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding client support, handling service inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction through timely and accurate assistance.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support needs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and client accounts
Process service requests and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
Document client interactions and feedback accurately in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective service delivery
Provide reports and updates to management as needed
Identify opportunities to improve client service processes
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Prior experience in client service, customer support, or administrative roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client relationship software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude
