We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Orlando. In this role, you will support the account management team in maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating project deliverables, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts and daily communications

  • Help coordinate internal teams to meet project deadlines

  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and project documentation

  • Support in gathering feedback and ensuring client satisfaction

  • Track account performance and suggest areas for improvement

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy development

  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and project milestones

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in client services, account management, or sales support

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
