We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of internal and external communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms, and assisting in the development of key communication materials. Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and proofreading press releases, internal updates, memos, and announcements.

  • Support the coordination of internal communication efforts across departments.

  • Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging and tone.

  • Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics and prepare regular reports.

  • Help manage schedules, briefings, and correspondence related to company communications.

  • Participate in the planning and execution of corporate events and presentations.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 1+ year of experience in a communications, writing, or coordination role (internships included).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
