We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Associate to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. This role is vital to maintaining client satisfaction and supporting long-term business partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Monitor service delivery and address issues promptly to ensure client expectations are met

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

  • Prepare and deliver reports on account performance and client feedback

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and educating them on our services

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and provide feedback for service improvements

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer support

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
