Job Description

Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Agent to join our team in Columbus, OH. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective internal and external communication, supporting organizational goals, and enhancing client relations through clear, professional messaging.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and concerns

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation

• Maintain communication records and databases

• Provide updates and insights to management on communication trends and challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field

• 1+ year of experience in a communications, administrative, or customer service role preferred

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools
