We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role supports the planning and execution of various events, both corporate and promotional, ensuring that each one aligns with our client's vision and exceeds expectations. The Events Assistant will play a key role in coordinating logistics, managing vendor communication, and assisting with on-site operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Event Manager in planning and organizing events from start to finish

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and services

  • Manage event timelines, schedules, and documentation

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination

  • Monitor inventory of event materials and supplies

  • Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates

  • Prepare event materials, signage, and promotional content as needed

  • Help manage event budgets and expense tracking

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for future improvements

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination, administrative support, or a related role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environments

  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and team spirit
