We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Cincinnati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction through consistent, effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests

  • Process client orders, update records, and track account activities

  • Resolve issues and provide solutions to client challenges in a timely manner

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account documentation

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities
