Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
Resolve client issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Assist with order processing, follow-ups, and delivery status updates
Provide feedback to improve overall customer experience and support processes
Prepare reports and summaries of customer interactions when required
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
