Sharpcontra is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department in implementing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating marketing efforts, assisting with campaign execution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities

  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather materials and support for marketing projects

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions

  • Manage schedules, timelines, and budgets for marketing projects

  • Draft and edit marketing content, presentations, and reports

  • Maintain organized records of marketing materials, databases, and campaign results

  • Help plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and other promotional activities

  • Track performance metrics and prepare performance reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus
