Job Description

Sharpcontra is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update large volumes of data into company databases and systems

• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any identified problems

• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems

• Assist with report generation and data validation

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

• Proven experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
