Job Description

Reboot Staff is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team in Montgomery, AL. This position is essential to maintaining accurate inventory and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts

• Perform regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and container management

• Report any equipment malfunctions or shortages to supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an asset but not required

• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic math and organizational skills

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team

• Forklift certification is a plus (training can be provided)
