Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining data in various systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently under deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update accurate data into internal databases and systems

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents

• Review and correct errors in entered data

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity

• Prepare and sort documents for data entry

• Generate reports and assist with basic data analysis as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support

• Strong typing speed (50+ WPM) with a high level of accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus
