Job Description

Captura Hall is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in written and verbal communication and has a strong interest in coordinating internal and external communications. You will play a key role in supporting public relations initiatives, content development, and message consistency across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.

• Coordinate and maintain editorial calendars and communication schedules.

• Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies.

• Support planning and execution of public events, presentations, and media outreach.

• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on communication effectiveness.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to ensure message alignment.

• Maintain and update communication materials, databases, and contact lists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications, PR, or content-focused role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
