Captura Hall is seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and drive company growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings

  • Present Captura Hall's services and value proposition clearly and persuasively

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies

  • Track sales activity and prepare regular reports on business development performance

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
