We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team in Montgomery, AL. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to impactful campaigns. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the department.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
Support content creation for brochures, email campaigns, and promotional materials
Coordinate events, presentations, and internal communications
Maintain organized marketing files and documents
Monitor and report on campaign performance and metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding consistency
Manage administrative tasks to support the marketing team
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role (internships included)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of marketing principles and tools
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
