We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Promotions & Marketing Assistant to support our marketing campaigns and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will assist in the coordination and execution of marketing strategies, ensure campaign materials are well-managed, and help drive brand visibility through high-impact promotional efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns and events

  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and project coordination

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and provide performance reports

  • Help maintain marketing calendars, promotional schedules, and material inventory

  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative promotional strategies

  • Coordinate logistics for promotional events and product launches

  • Ensure brand consistency across all promotional efforts and materials

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or promotions role preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic design tools is a plus

  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment

  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the company
