Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Communications Agent to support our internal and external messaging efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that align with our company’s mission and objectives. This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent, professional, and impactful communication across all departments and with external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and edit clear and compelling content for internal updates, press releases, and external communications.

• Coordinate communication strategies across teams to ensure message consistency.

• Monitor and respond to inquiries from clients, partners, and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist with the planning and execution of company announcements, presentations, and event messaging.

• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and leadership to align communications with corporate goals.

• Maintain accurate records of communication activities and produce performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in a communications, PR, or corporate affairs role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Attention to detail and ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools (e.g., email platforms, intranets, basic design software).
