Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Communications Representative to join our team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, crafting clear messaging, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all communication channels. Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute internal and external communications, press releases, and announcements.

• Coordinate with departments to ensure consistent messaging and timely communication.

• Support the development of communication strategies and implementation plans.

• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

• Monitor public perception and feedback to recommend messaging improvements.

• Assist with coordinating events, meetings, and presentations as needed.

• Ensure alignment of all communications with brand standards and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or similar professional role.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong research skills.
