We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Minneapolis office. This role will provide vital administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory

  • Provide support to various departments as needed

  • Assist in document preparation and data entry tasks

  • Respond to inquiries and direct calls appropriately

  • Track expenses and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
