We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support our dynamic Events Department. This individual will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing various events, working closely with clients, vendors, and the internal team to ensure seamless operations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events
Coordinate logistics including venue booking, vendor communication, and materials preparation
Support onsite event setup, registration, and tear-down
Maintain organized records of event details, budgets, and schedules
Liaise with clients to understand event goals and ensure satisfaction
Monitor event timelines and manage task follow-up
Prepare post-event reports and evaluations
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as required
