Job Description:
Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of client events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about event coordination. You will work closely with our Events Manager and wider team to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and brand events

  • Manage logistics including venue setup, vendor communication, materials, and guest lists

  • Support on-site during events to ensure smooth operations

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and assist with reporting

  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff or speakers when needed

  • Maintain inventory of event materials and supplies

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and preparing event documents

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in event planning or administrative coordination

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed for events
